INTRODUCTION TO THE EVENT

Process mapping is easy - anyone can do it! It’s a technique that is fundamental when considering change in an organisation.

Our breakfast briefing will offer an insight into the uses of process mapping and analysis, and will provide attendees with an opportunity for some hands-on use of the technique.

WHAT IS BUSINESS PROCESS MAPPING & ANALYSIS?

It’s a method used to help make work visible and, ultimately, more streamlined.

By creating a visual display of how work flows and is carried out throughout an organisation, the processes can be analysed and any non-value-added activities removed. This, along with re-engineering the processes, will bring your business a step closer to attaining a lean enterprise.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Anyone who wants to learn more about business process mapping and analysis and its uses.
