About the Event
In the modern business environment companies are dealing with data from many sources such as emails, electronic business records, website logs, social media, production monitoring systems, product data etc. Big Data provides the tools and techniques that can be used to analyse this data and gain insights into how your customers behave and what their product demands are.
This workshop (organised as part of the EPSRC-funded RECODE Network) will show you how big data could be used to help your business improve existing products and develop new products.
A customer insight platform developed specifically for SMEs will be demonstrated and big data experts will be on hand to answer any questions you might have.
