As part of the Welsh Government’s Sêr Cymru initiative The National Research Network (NRN) in Advanced Engineering and Materials (AEM) hosts 'Engineering Wales.'

This inaugural event is designed to enhance the voice of engineering from within Wales and promote its activities and scientific achievements during a one day event through an array of talks and workshops with the promotion of industry and academia collaboration at its heart.

Hear from revolutionary industry breakthroughs such as Tidal Lagoon Power as well as industry leads such as Aston Martin on their recent development in to Wales. Talks from KTN and Innovate UK will also present to highlight securing funding for industry.

Join in workshops to explore both the relationship between academic and industry from both experienced academics from across Swansea, Cardiff and Bangor Universities as well as industry speakers from IQE, CSC and Qioptiq to name a few.

Engineering Wales will ultimately provide you with a platform to see, hear and discuss the latest engineering and research developments from within Wales from both an academic and industry point of view.
